Quick Start — Google Sheets

Step 1 — Set up your spreadsheet

Three required columns. One row per item.

Column names are case-insensitive. Header row on row 1.

Required · Visible = N hides from customers without deleting · SKU = your unique ID per item — never change it after first sync

What's a SKU? Your internal code — you invent it. taco-01, 001, burger. Anything unique per item. It's how the system updates prices without creating duplicates.

Steps 2 – 4 — Google Sheets path

Publish, paste, sync.

Publish your sheet as CSV
File → Share → Publish to web → pick your sheet tab → Comma-separated values (.csv) → Publish

Copy the URL. Looks like:

Paste and sync in your dashboard
Dashboard → your menu → Sync tab → paste URL → Sync Now

Copy your menu link and share it
Permanent URL shown at the top of your dashboard. Put it in your Instagram bio, Google Business, wherever.

Next time you update: Quick fix (price, description, flags)? Edit the item directly on your Items page — no spreadsheet needed. Bigger update? Change the sheet → Dashboard → Sync Now. QR code and link stay the same forever.
