Refund Policy

Free Plan

The Free plan has no charge. No payment is collected, so no refund is applicable.

Pro Plan

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have Pro access until that date.

Refunds

We generally do not issue refunds for the current billing period after a charge has been processed. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • A billing error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation).
  • A verified service outage of more than 48 consecutive hours affecting your account.

To request an exception, email support@starviewdata.com within 7 days of the charge with a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
