Quick Start — CSV Upload

Step 1 — Set up your spreadsheet

Three required columns. One row per item.

Column names are case-insensitive. Header row on row 1.

Required · Visible = N hides from customers without deleting · SKU = your unique ID per item — never change it after first sync

What's a SKU? Your internal code — you invent it. taco-01, 001, burger. Anything unique per item. It's how the system updates prices without creating duplicates.

Export your spreadsheet as CSV

Google SheetsFile → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv)

ExcelFile → Save As → CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited)

NumbersFile → Export To → CSV

LibreOfficeFile → Save As → Text CSV (.csv)

Upload in your dashboard
Dashboard → your menu → Sync tab → Upload CSV → pick file → Sync

Copy your menu link and share it
Permanent URL shown at the top of your dashboard. QR code in the QR tab.

Next time you update: Quick fix (price, description, flags)? Edit the item directly on your Items page — no re-upload needed. Bigger update? Edit your file → export CSV again → re-upload in the Sync tab. Items matched by SKU are updated in place, not duplicated.
